Section 01Scope and Service Provider
This Privacy Policy applies to the Tiny Tiger Fruit Quest application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Studio Gaming Services (collectively, the "Application"). Studio Gaming Services is referred to in this policy as the "Service Provider", "we", "us" or "our".
By downloading or using the Application, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not download or use the Application.
Section 02Information We Collect
Automatically collected information
When you download and use the Application, certain technical information is collected automatically:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- The pages or screens of the Application that you visit, and the date and time of your visit;
- The time spent on those pages and within the Application;
- The mobile operating system you use.
Information you provide
The Application does not require you to create an account. If you choose to contact the Service Provider directly — for example by email for support purposes — we process the contact details and the content of the message you send us, so that we can respond to your request.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, precise geolocation, contacts, photos or health information through the Application, and does not sell personal information.
Section 03How We Use Information
Information is processed only for the purposes set out below:
- Operating the Application
- To provide, maintain and deliver the core functionality of the Application on your device.
- Improving performance and stability
- To understand how the Application is used in aggregate, diagnose technical problems and improve reliability.
- Responding to you
- To answer support requests, respond to questions and handle requests relating to your rights.
- Legal and safety purposes
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the rights and safety of users and third parties.
- Communications
- To send you important service information and required notices. Where permitted by applicable law and, where required, only with your consent, we may send marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, our legal bases for processing are the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Application, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is required.
Section 04Analytics and Diagnostics
The Application transmits usage and diagnostic information to external service providers to help us understand how the Application performs and how it can be improved. Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted for this purpose.
This information is used for statistical and technical analysis. It is not used to build advertising profiles about you by the Service Provider, and it is not used to identify you personally.
Section 05Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Application, or the third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into it, may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics or service delivery.
Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies. On iOS, where tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies would take place, permission is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you may change that permission at any time in your device settings.
Section 06Third-Party Services and SDKs
The Application relies on a limited number of third-party service providers and SDKs to deliver core functionality, measure performance and diagnose technical issues. These providers process information strictly on our behalf, in accordance with their own privacy policies and the instructions we give them.
Third-party providers are not permitted to make independent use of the information disclosed to them and have agreed to adhere to the rules set out in this policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the platform through which you obtained the Application, as that platform's own processing is governed by its policy rather than this one.
If additional third-party services are integrated into the Application in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before those services become active.
Section 08Data Retention
The Service Provider retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Information you provide
- Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Automatically collected information
- Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
- Aggregated and anonymized data
- Retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you.
- Data required for legal compliance
- Retained for as long as required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any legal obligation that requires us to retain it. Please note that some information may be necessary for the Application to function properly.
Section 09Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to object to or request restriction of certain processing, to request a portable copy of your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Stopping further collection
You can stop all further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted.

To exercise any of these rights, including access and deletion requests, contact the Service Provider at withyou@studiogamingservices.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your request before acting on it. Rights are exercised free of charge, and exercising them will never result in discriminatory treatment.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address above.
Section 10Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children and does not market the Application to them.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. We encourage all children never to submit personally identifiable information through the Application or related services, and we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet use and to help enforce this policy.
If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact us at withyou@studiogamingservices.com so that we can take the necessary action, including deleting the information. If you are under 16 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where required by law.
Section 11Data Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data processed, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who may access information.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data breach notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you and, where applicable, the competent supervisory authority in accordance with legal requirements. Where required, the notification will describe the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Section 12International Data Transfers
The Service Provider and its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on appropriate mechanisms, which may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms;
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted.
Section 13Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by publishing the updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
You are advised to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after an update takes effect constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy. Previous versions are retained and made available on request by contacting us at the address below.
